Cassell had about 3 votes two days before voting ended. That was quite a come back. I'm sure that a "Heads up" letter was not sent home with the kids.
We didn't have 3 votes, we had 20 at that time....the few of us parents/staff who had rec'd an email link to this blog passed the information on to others we knew from the school. If the school got involved I am sure all 300 families would have jumped on and voted. Cassell is a wonderful school that because it is so small and tucked away on 113th & Spaulding, so many times it is overlooked or not even mentioned as an area school. So, sorry to tell you, proud parents/staff just decided to show you how proud we are!
I recommend the mechanics at Perfect Pitch, they are extremely curteous and straightforward. Jim and Mike are the mechanics names. I have never had a problem with them, thank God i haven't had to use them that much, but will always go to them first. Jim used to be a mechanic at the Chevy dealers. Stay as far away from H&H Auto in Crestwood, they will take you for a song and dance! I have gotten burned by them in the past. Good luck.

CAN ANYONE RECOMMEND AN HONEST MECHANIC IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD??
I am bothered by the fact that there has not been 1 update regarding the OD policeman that got hurt...
He is improving, and he is awake. It will be a long road to recovery.
