Being a business owner along 111th street, we're constantly looking out for any stray, scared animals. We keep a leash in our building for just these instances. If we see Bear, we'll do our best to help him out.
Since this story, my kids are so excited to see police dogs in their cars and on the news. "There's Bear" they yell. It is nice to see kids appreciate and know our local community members ( dog and handler!)
