Huh? There are two lines that have always been there.. Green line 4 blocks away, Red Line 2 blocks...
This is the METRA, not the L.
It also opens up the IIT campus which is right there at the 35th street stop as a great option for post high school graduates.
YIPPEE..... I thought the same thing about IIT
I wonder how Ginger will get her stink on this, like it was her idea
When will this be open? I can not find anything on the Metra website or an article in the papers.
It opens in about 1 year from now. July 2010.
TO the first commentor, you let your children take the 103rd Street bus to 95th & State and then take the Red Line to the ballpark and let me know how that works out for you. THe Red Line is an option for north side Sox fans, but not us.
This sounds great, considering the horrible traffic one can sit in on the way to/from a Sox game...LOVE IT !!!
