Beverly Arts Center
Have you been? I drive by it everyday and always tell myself, I should check it out....So I did. The link is to the left and there are some great events coming...March 6-11 is the Irish Film Festival. March 18 they are playing Slumdog Millionaire (winner of Golden Globes) and plenty more. They are going to be putting on the play "Bye, Bye Birdie." Check out their calendar. Plus they offer classes.

I checked it out for the first time last Tues night. Let me tell you, this place is a treasure. You can take any class or learn any craft and its cheap. The neighborhood really needs to support it.
My daughter takes the creative movement classes (3-4 year old pre-ballet) and she loves it! She has had 2 different teachers (Miss Jen and Miss Maureen) and they are FANTASTIC!! If u buy a membership (think its $60 per year) and do the early registration then u save over $40 on classes. I think it's well worth it because u get discounts on everything that's there when u have the membership. They have 1 hr plays for younger children that kids love (Goldilocks, Miss Clause,etc..) They are Poi Dog in March. The Irish Fest and so much more. Spring registration is starting this coming week I think. Check it out!
